1960 or 1970?

Oct 20, 2016,06:19 AM

Mine says "Vintage 1970" on the back.  Have seen a few with 1960.  Is there a difference?

Bought mine in Kuala Lumpur, at least 10 years ago.  Still love it.

Initially they called them Vintage 1960s but after checking in old documents, this case shape goes back to some Gyromatics from the 1970ies and then they changed the name to Vintage 1970.

mine has the 1960 on the back [nt]

..Is there a greenish dial/ hands+ indices appearance ? or just an illusion, caused by special angle of light ? - Anyway, great choice & Continue to wear in the very Best of your health ! Cheers & Best, hs
