( Not so ) Oldie but Goldie: Girard Perregaux RD 01 Chronograph.

Jul 21, 2019,04:15 AM

In the very early 2000's, Girard Perregaux issued this Chronograph, with an unusual location of crowns and pushers, and a very young, not to see dynamic, dial.

I never owned one, but always liked it.

Specially the steel one.

You?

Best,

Nicolas

So, were chronograph minutes indicated by a large hand on the main dial (as with a Breguet Type XXI?)

Yes. [nt]

I believe the black case model bears the inscription "Pour L. P." for Chronopassion's founder? Correct? I'd like to see one in the metal one day. Thanks for the photos. M4
