Looks amazing - used to love the Weingartens and great “primal instinct” food whenever I visited Germany.
They have been around for the past 20 years. In that sense I think they are successful. 😎
But they have separated and the German is with a younger girl now. Also a local girl. 🤣 Geross

But when focusing on food, to me nothing more primal than a pork shoulder deep fried with crackling skin and a large fermented beverage Different to "basic instinct" food of course!
