When a dear friend from Singapore comes to dinner
This year is number 30 since we first met in CA. A suitable dinner as it’s almost Thanksgiving here, to wine & dine on some good stuff ;-) this is one of my most special dinners I cook, reserved for dear friends who I see on rare occasions. The pics will do the talking....
Marinated bone in veal chops 36hrs
All in all a very successful meal with much laughter and smile all round.
To all an early Happy Thanksgiving, as I’ll be traveling on the day of this coming Thursday

You keep producing gems in your last cos was the '82 which was matured but with lots of life to go.

This was the part i missed.
Thre bottles of bubbly and more fun. I have some Cain Five in the cellar will grab some pics. Cos D’Estournel yummy i may have some lurking also. But i am dure they will have some age.

in 36h it should have an impact in the veal. Sounds good!
