Bbq last night . . .
. . . with 2" thick . . . . . . salmon steaks. Baked potato slathered with mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and green onions as our side dish. Lockdown Fridays aren't so bad after all ;-) . . . ...
Well, last night's dinner was escarole salad with avocado . . .
. . . and green olives. Splurge one day, suffer the next . . .
We did! . . .
. . . and while no pics were taken of plates, you'll notice two extra steaks which will be consumed cold next week with side dishes. Pics then, that's a promise ;-) . . .
