Restaurants supporting local farms with seasonal ingredients are always nice. They don’t earn Michelin stars but I think they are as good in terms of quality and taste, no need for 10 different waiters/waitresses to serve or change every plate each time. ...
Now that I thought about this...when I got it back in May,
there was a seller from Germany listing on C24, a NOS #75/75, that will be perfect for you. That listing lasted for quite a while but it was gone also in May, when all of a sudden, interest for Lange pieces just picked up.
The food looked so,so delicious!
But the Refenzurr, one of 75 pieces is a rarity. I was contemplating getting one when it was first launched but I just felt it was a bit large at 40.5mm. Love the movement though.
I still missed the Michelin star restaurants though …
Last time visited was when we met in Paris…went to Guy Savoy the next afternoon …been too long. Bought her a Cartier and a handbag ...
