To eat well. 

In Denmark we have amazing fish. Few know this, a lot of the fish sold on the markets in France and Italy is caught and landed on our shores. 

Most months have their own specialities. Seasons are very short.

 Here is a simple home cooked meal from tonight.

First, crab. Just add a bit of toasted bread and a lemon. 

Second course.

Fresh caught garfish. New potatoes. New pealed peas add some extra freshness.

A bottle of Chardonnay is the perfect companion.

Fresh, simple, easy. Life is good!

I think Germany has some of the best asparagus in the world. You have a fantastic tradition for that. White asparagus width hollandaise. It is all you need. Same idea as in my post. Completely fresh, local produce, short season. Simple preparation πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Š What...
