...as it's really good and still available at a reasonable price. Now that it's getting colder, I've switched from gin to whisky/bourbon. Red wine is always in the mix : )

Drink it at room temperature with a little water to open it up. I think you get a more pronounced flavor profile with this approach.🥂

The 21 is a little richer; more complex. I do love the15.

As an Irishman I’m biased but I think many of the best whiskeys are Irish. Redbreast, Green Spot, Middleton, Teeling etc. are all excellent. You also can’t go wrong with old standards such as Powers, Jameson, Bushmills, etc. Anyway, enjoy and Slainte! ... 

But I agree with you, many of the best whiskeys are Irish. Actually, I’ll qualify that statement a bit. Many of the best quality, best value and most available whiskeys are Irish. Japan makes outstanding whiskey but it’s in short supply and expensive. The... 

…and opinion! Some fantastic Irish whiskeys out there, but also some amazing boutique producers of other fine drinks these days. Recently discovered the best lager I’ve ever tasted from a Dublín brewer called Hopburgh Helles. Highly recommended.
