Scallops tonight

Giant sea scallops in oven-safe dish with 1/2 stick of butter, big splash of white wine, parsley and some bits of garlic.



Cover with some bread crumbs and Romano cheese, then a splash of lemon juice. Bake 18-20 minutes in 400°F oven. Serve. Eat. Drink. Enjoy. 



From left it’s avocado/orange/pomegranate salad, wild rice, and peas with crisp Rosé. Soak up the juice with fresh bread.

But this was a nice alternative for once. There are more in the refrigerator so perhaps I will do the sauté method with them... Cheers, Mike
