How much time in the oven? Full or medium heat? Thanks for sharing and enjoy a lot! René
about 1 hour, medium-high heat 375-400 F

Maybe you will have to cover it part of the time so it won't get too dark on the top - that depends on your oven. And you can sprinkle some queso on top at the end just in time to melt over everything.
