Thanks. I'm a little OCD. The drippings go through the gaps in the briquets and also under the Trident. I disassemble everything to clean all the grease. And there is a lot.
At least they make it simple to disassemble and clean. I'm not capable of fixing a car or even adjusting my watch bracelets. I know most people here can manipulate spring bars and swap out straps. But the grill is about as "small" as I can handle. Ha ha.
