Now that has unfortunately been a while back...
Since we still have a milk fed baby opening a bottle at home lies some time in the past. Sadly I took no pictures of the recent ones when eating out.
Still, love it and fully agree with your sentiment. Rumour has it that Andre Lefebvre, the superb Citroen chief engineer drank only still water or champagne. Not a bad attitude, if actually true

Nothing very special just some meals with family. So much enjoyment around a bottle of wine with friends and family. Champagne always makes for a great start or a nice finisher. Of course never forget the cheese. Join in with some pictures. Enjoy Bill ...

I think i could have breakfast with toasts and champagne, instead of coffee (subsequently i'd get back sleeping). I know very little about wines (red, white, good or vinegar) but i've some good friends who are able to surprise me with amazing italian wine...

Late to this...but champagne is my favorite. I'm just starting to explore it along with other sparklings.
