Fresh Ahi Poke Ono Style: Fresh off the boat from Haworth Fishing! Fresh big eye ahi loin cubed and tossed in toasted sesame + chili oil, green onion, crispy garlic and sea asparagus. Topped with furikake. 8oz. serving.
Smoked Duck + Pomegranate Salad: Baby greens topped with minced smoked duck, crumbled bacon, fresh pomegranate, shaved fennel, sunflower shoots, toasted almond, blackened shitake and chimichurri dressing.
