Have you explored vintage Campari’s for your negroni? Or exotic vermouths? I stick to what’s available at the local total wine, but I have some friends who like to collect liquors and they rave of a negroni with vintage Campari

I have actually become a vermouth snob. I enjoy collecting. I do have some vintage Campari, but the bottle is so pretty. I refuse to open it.
