Japan, most serious of all! Tea means serious business!
Japanese culture follows very strict rules, and tea ceremony is a matter of high importance... There is a town near where I leave, that is famous for hot springs, where there are still few old houses from the Japanese occupation of Taiwan. In one of those, they give courses on Japanese tea. It feels like you go back in time taking part in this. Beautiful, I love Japan, Japanese food, culture, one of the country I always enjoy traveling to.

Tea is such a pleasant experience, what are you having? Mine was a dong fang mei ren or eastern beauty tea, as it was late afternoon already, and if I drink green or oolong late in the day, I don't sleep anymore...ahahah!
