An astute commentator noted that I should decant the wine. Absolutely, yes. I did not do this for lunch and the wine was nice but hardly singing. But I did pour a little more into the 5 dl decanter and sealed it up for dinner time and those signature deep...
Absolutely. But it was staring back at me so...why not...
I enjoyed the 2017 immensely a few months ago too.
