There are many here who inspire you to be better. Tony's posts display a watch collection that has class and elegance. His culinary tastes are no less impressive. So this evening we invited a single friend for an evening meal.
We started with what is likely the official aperitif of the community, the negroni.
We moved on to our house ”wine ".
Then served stuffed calamari.
Followed by vanilla ice with forest blueberries and chocolate.
Before finishing with a very reasonably priced cognac. As you can see, my secret to entertaining is copious amounts of alcohol. 😊
