... think Georgian dumplings. Basically a big noodle filled with meat (lamb, pork, beef). You grab it by the upper part, bite it and then the meat juice is slurped while biting it 😁 Add fresh pepper. The upper part is then left over (because the dew is so... 

Some guests today did it with fork and knife and ate the lot 🤷🏻‍♂️ The waiter politely inquired but they were not willing to be told …

To add to that there is a fried version of the dish as well but all the rest remains the same 👍🏻

So, in essence, not much different than the typical Eastern European cuisine 🤤....

Georgia is one of the few countries that’s both European and Asian geographically 😉👍🏻

Just like Turkey where most of our cuisine stems from anyway 😄........
