Enjoying a weekend in Austria also means local food. While I even wisely stick to starter and main only (without a light dessert or Kaiserschmarren or the like 😉) it was a hit and miss whether I would be able to rise from the table. The greetings from the...

And NO (and I guess you know) - Austrian cuisine is rather Italian when it comes to size! 😂 But on the other hand, a „light“ Kaiserschmarrn might have still found a place somehow somewhere … 🙈🤪 Enjoy your stay… 👍🏻😃

But today it was absolutely impossible 😊🤷🏻‍♂️ The cuisine is well known, having lived in the country for six years 😉

When I went to a foreign assignment to Austria many moons ago I had to undergo a company health check to see if I was suited to it. I got six vaccinations, which I felt a bit over the top 🤦🏻‍♂️ At the final check-up, where the results were discussed the d... 

Though I've had them mostly in Südtirol, the area where I'm going in a couple of weeks!
