I tried this champagne about 15 years ago. It was recommended to me by a Japanese friends. He was obsessed with champagnes. And just last week I remembered again and looked up the same one and actually found it again (not the same production year though).
Celebrating life, the nice weather, the good health. Reason enough for me to open one 😁

Chouilly location in the Cotes des Blancs of the Champagne region. Looks very nice!
