My wife scored some fresh squash (courgettes) from a friend. We had tomatoes already. So I sliced up the squash in paper-thin rounds on a mandolin (horizontal slicing machine). Then into strips. With olive oil, a little wine and garlic, I heated the squas...

I literally have a lemon bill the size of a cell phone bill! I can't wait for my lemon tree to start producing more lemons!

I do a similar thing but using spaghetti. Delicious ! A glass of wine is a good accompaniment. ;-))
