I had the chance to consume some the bottle from my birthday reserve. In this case it was for the family member from 1996 so i picke the 1996 Dom Perignon which is one of the best years to rival tge 1982 Dom. And from Pauillac i went with the 1996 CH Lync...  

Dom is good nearly always while Lynch Bages in my books is much better than its 5th growth would suggest. Great vintages, too. Enjoy! Kari

...more than ready to be drunk,yet with lots of life ahead. Glad you enjoyed it. That and the 95 for both the Dom and the Lynch Bages are great pair of sister vintages. My lynch bages are all from the 2000 + vintages.---still in storage although very temp...
