But when I do have eggs my preferences are poached or “hard cooked” with the yolks left a little runny.
Scrambled and Frittata

My watch collection in terms of "cooked eggs" is a combination of scrambled (since I have a scramble of 15 brands/22 watches) and frittata since I have my Italians (Bulgari and Panerai)
I put eggs on everything in every form.

You're a true egg lover like myself
I love eggs in every shape and form....

Although admittedly, I most often eat them fried . I do have to also mention, I'd especially love eating eggs just before going out for a drive in a DB12 LoL .... Haven't yet played with the configurator myself........

Boil for x minutes, or as soon as boiled take off heat Leave in pot for 10-15 min? Then cool with cold water or ice? How long before removing shells?
Pierce the egg at the base with a pin.

Bring the water to a boil then drop in the eggs and leave a t a slow boil. 5 min for runny poached like 7 min soft boil 10 min hard boil remove and drop in ice with water when cool peel shell under running water for super easy shell removal.

Exactly : it is not classic "Bain Marie"
By: COUNT DE MONET : May 27th, 2023-11:22
A Bain Marie (water, tray, in oven) is needed if you make these eggs for 5-6 persons. For yoursef a cassarole on the stove is enough.
Here you go 350° 10 min
