Great little machines!

I have 3 of them: a 1 cup, a 6 cup & a monster 10 cup (all in steel as hob is magnetic induction type - and in winter also use the log burner)

Bialetti as a company has suffered in sales from competition from auto ‘pod’ coffee machines. Just the environmental waste from the disposable pods should make people think, never mind that the coffee made in a Bialetti is far superior in taste and texture.

Try putting crushed cardamon in with the coffee grounds for an eastern twist 😋

we also have various sizes. Have to admit that currently we often use them as backup for our ECM espresso machine. But always nice to use them again from time to time. When they age, they get a nice patina. Enjoy yours, Dirk
