For dinner I had plans for marinaded lamb steaks with all the accoutrements of Sunday......

....but a delightful sojourn in our local pub meant a quicker meal was required. The lamb that’d been steeping for a day in lime juice, pepper, rosemary and olive oil was cut to kebab sized chunks and skew’d:
Grilled with toms’ and some pitas’ smeared with homemade harissa, olives and yogurt with dill & garlic (plus a glass of Barolo)
Delicious (If a bit late)!
