I do the same after 28 years of smoking I have now been smoke free 15 years in April. My wife stops 8 months ago and it looks good for her too.

i quit daily smoking since 19yrs then cigars and some party smoking ,totally free since August,2013,no regret !and yes rather not think on the value has gone. 👍🏻
