I have to say Condrieu is one of my favorite white wines, the Viognier in the Rhone Valley is just at its best, it is usually a marvel.
I also have to say it is not an easy wine to pair as it is very fruity and floral. To me probably more a cheese wine (with an old Comte for instance) than a fish wine. But when it comes to tastes ! 
Anyhow great selection the Dom Perignon as well
