Any fans of sardines. Love these little nutritious fish.
Can never get enough. Still trying to find my favorite. Some of the high end ones can sometimes be bland so price is not always a factor. I have my on so 60 year old vintage Sardines.
Just be care to choose those in good quality oil never seed oil. Believe it or not next time you check out a can of olives you will find some are not even in olive oil but other oils.
Extra virgin olive oil whenever possible for sardines and your everyday olive oil.
Ps love cod liver and anchovies.
