Yes basically eat once per day.
And jump a meal once or twice a week. The jump is harder when travelling but stick to the single meal. High protien intake.
About four years. But coffee and water is not restricted.
You get used to the rhythm but take a concerted effort to get the protein levels up. But the dinner is always a good feast full of natures best. On the practical side you save a lot of time.

You need a few hours after the meal.
Meals are relatively low in carbs so the hunger is never an issue. But good question.
