pretty funny to see that i've never posted in  wine & food yet.
i have to admit that i'm used spending lot of my time chasing, tasting and drinking wines.
Last week end i went to Domaine des Huards in Loir et Cher (loire Valley - appellation Cheverny) a very interesting Domaine with beautiful Romorantin (a very local grape variety) and some interesting red
- pinot noir/gamay.
it is an organic domaine then you have grass in order to protect biodiversity.

I recall tasting a variety of white wines at the Chateau in Cheverney many years ago

At Cheverny & Chambord you have now a "House of Cheverny's wines" and you can taste as much as you want for cheap. Gamay and pinot noir are in the region since a long time. as local i can give some advices & yes i indeed bought some bottles but it's alrea...

Cool! Enjoy! [nt]
