This an easier way, you sharpen the knive on this poles, first the medium brown ceramic one and the polishing on the thd white one. Just up and down!!

I usually sharpen our knives with 2 wet stones but I can’t make out what your tool does Looks intriguing And let’s face it: every guy likes sharpening knives haha
Never been able to get a nice clean consistent edge with the ceramic sticks so I got
the Lansky kit with the bevel guide and 3 different stones and rods for the guide. get the same bevel on both sides of blade and no more burrs. Nice clean sharp edge. Next I will add diamond stones to the kit.
Time consuming but you do get a nice even sharp edge.
A bit messy because you have to use honing oil on the stones. That's why I want diamond stones, the can be used with water.
