Also a “bespoke” high proof bourbon but I tired of it eventually...I like 80/90 proof whiskeys with maybe a few drops of water..but generally I prefer it neat.

Unfortunately not that available in my area. I was thinking single malt is the good stuff but this bourbon can take them on ... its horns 😀 🥃

Maximum is 101 proof for drinking. However, I can see and taste that a higher proof comes with more flavours. The whisky is "pushing" the flavours is what "we" say here.

It seems to be quite expensive and quite rare, too. I am hapoy enough to have discovered Stagg Junior and even more happy that the whisky store near my hometown has got it in stock. Even the Junior is not that available here in Germany. That is why I just...
