Great looking piece of meat!
I don’t get to do pork too often as the better half is not a fan. I on the other hand love it, particularly my moms roast pork. She would season with cumin, salt and pepper then roast it over onions and garlic. This week however I got to cook for my department in the office, with the request being I do my pulled pork.

I don't normally try to taunt you guys, but I can't resist. After 5 hours in the oven with brown sugar, cumin & smoky paprika rub, this pork roast looks ready to eat! Sadly my wife is visiting her dad, so I guess I'll have to eat it all myself ... Caz...
Let me invite myself over... I'll help you eat it!
Too bad, in the 8 hours of traffic it'll take me to get there, it'll be cold...

unless they were the fire department, or the vegetarian department. My pork wasn't roasted quite that dark, because I cooked it in my steam oven it was completely tender and pulling apart.
