I always cook off a couple ounces of capellini and put the shrimp and scampi sauce over the pasta

Try with Venus rice instead the classic white: it will be a great surprise. Unfortunately, being Venus rice a raw seed, the cooking time will be longer... but the taste is fabulous! [nt]
