Looking at the printed menu, I am intrigued by the extensive amount of Japanese influence/ingredients in this menu..

I see a tiny typo in their menu. In describing the wine pairing, one wine is listed as Osterreich, Austria. That's confusing, since Osterreich is Austria, just the German language of saying the country Austria. But to the unfamiliar, the way that it's wri... 

The climate for Singapore, being so warm, also makes wine less palatable for me. Even at a nice dinner, I can easily forego the wine.

The before and after is incredible. Edible art.
