...a great vintage for white truffles!
My wife has a soft spot for scallops, if they are combined with the truffle, the warmth of the gratin scallops gives off an incredible aroma.
Anyway, for my taste, "tagliolini all'uovo" (something "similar" to egg noodles) with white truffle from Acqualagna are something... immense.
Finally, a strong taste that is able to follow the truffle: octopus and radicchio di Treviso (a superp kind of salad).
Unfortunately, the scent of this truffle does not pass through the screen
