At least two of our stores have them, too. I was surprised and almost tried one out of curiosity but settled on some USDA Prime ribeyes instead. Maybe next time...

Very easy to eat, melts jn your mouth. I think you can cook it well done, but they say to only sear for 2 mins each on each side. So iono🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
