I once dropped a friend’s CB on the first day that he took delivery of it, back in 2015. It didn’t take long for them to repair it (a screw had come loose off of the movement). Very happy to hear that it’s chronometry is perfect. I always look for that in...

They are super nice there, but that was awkward! They should put carpet or a soft mat under the spot where people try stuff on!

Did you ask the service department not to polish of even buff it ?

The piece has never been polished. I’m very strict about this. Luckily they understand this at Journe and I think it has become more normal to request.

The illuminating orange works perfectly with the electric blue. Probably my favorite contrasting combination.

I’m thinking it could be my exit watch. Most would probably pick a Rolex for that which I can understanding.

It would be VERY easy to picture myself wearing this watch every day, and that being that. Are there circumstances (hiking, skiing, swimming, working out) where I wouldn't wear it? Sure! But I'd probably be happier NOT wearing a watch in those circumstanc... 

Sadly, can't say the same about its accuracy but it's pretty close. ...  

Reg the accuracy, I think yours probably have the same rate of stability (same daily rate) but is just not regulated as close to zero as mine. Mine used to be +2 sec per day but Christophe at the Paris Boutique has Ben able to get it closer to 0.
