thanks everyone for the welcome to the FPJ community...
and Jay, you need to give me a year to see how my collection will evolve. i am invested heavily in Patek and have got 3 nautilus, a world timer, a pilot watch, an annual calendar and lately got a PCC 5270P, so i my knowledge are mature on this brand. i got into FPJ by chance a week bac through a friend, and then have been looking at details of the brand since then. i decided that i wanted something rare and uncommon and this is why i picked the lune Havana.
now, in one year, this first watch will evolve my knowledge and feelings towards FPJ and accordingly will either continue this way, or change course.
there is another element. in all transparency, a lot of my savings went into my collection. i want to make sure that if life goes south, i can liquidate anything i need, and this was a factor in building my collection. i am not after watches going up like nowadays, but i want to make sure i dont end up losing as well. hence, i will monitor the FPJ pricing to see if they will keep their value, or it will be a bubble that will burst. this will definitely be a factor.
anyway, thanks everyone for giving me the opportunity to express myself here, and will give more feedback on the watch in the months to come.
