My first post, and my first Journe!

Jul 27, 2020,13:37 PM

I have been an admirer of the brand for years, but just recently had the opportunity to purchase my first FP Journe, the Linesport ARS2. And after a week of wearing it, I believe I have new favorite timepiece. Its insanely lightweight and comfortable at only 75 grams. And although it’s 44mm, it feels considerably smaller than that on my wrist. The yellow dial with the red accents works really well with the gray-scale pvd coating of the titanium case and bracelet. Overall, I’m very pleased and excited to be a Journe owner!

That is a really nice and unique looking FPJ.

Welcome. Also very much in agreement. This one really shines in person.

I think many dismissed it because of the dial colour, but in the real it really works. Many congratulations.

Yes. It really works. FP has always had a great eye, and I think some were skeptical on seeing the pictures at first but...

...the overwhelming majority of people I’ve spoken to who have seen this watch in person come away liking it more than they expected. Enjoy it.

Congrats on a great piece!

It is a compelling piece to say the least

It could be your entree into Journe.

I saw your wrist shot on IG

And I was thinking it looked just right. Also having met you, I think this piece would suit your style very well. In your wrist shot the proportions where perfect 👌

Yes it is quite compelling...

This specific model is one of my favorites. I've tried it on several times. You alluded to the 44mm size as being misleading. That's definitely true! The fact that it has no lugs makes it wear much smaller. My wrist is 6" and the bracelet fit me just fine...

Ah great! I didn't see this thread until now.

Tried on the gray dial yesterday but I am thinking of getting the yellow. How do you like it now that you've had it for a couple months?
