I understand your thoughts about security. It’s becoming an issue in so many places I wouldn’t have thought 5 years ago.
I think the RG is camouflaged pretty well though. As you say the texture and the rubber inserts change the appearance. I think you would have to know - which I love. The Centigraphe in Ti is a great addition and I think so uniquely Journe. I think you will love it.

I do feel uncomfortable wearing it most of the time because of the full rose gold and watch theft in my area also going up.
With a more objective view it‘s relatively subtle compared to other full gold watches because of the finishing, rubber inserts and other things. Also, there‘s no fpj boutique or ad in my country, so there‘s really few people recognizing it. If I wear it, ...
Security issues aside (and they are more relevant considerations for all)..
…the simple fact of the titanium being super light makes it such an easy watch to wear daily. I feel that when you get the call it will become the go to watch for daily wear.
Well, I do not expect to get a call this year. Am hoping to get one next year. The Paris FPJ boutique is a formidable experience. Very kind and at the same time very honest about waiting times and applications.
Until then my go to watch for daily wear is the black dial VC Overseas. A perfect daily wearer in my eyes, difficult to beat. ...
