70 grams, 2.5 ounces or so

Apologies in advance for yet another post / picture of the CTS but the reality is that for now (and for the last 15 months or so) it had dominated wrist time.

As I mentioned before, this watch doesn’t work too well of one is dressed for an office (be it a suit or even business casual) and so when that time returns I know it will lose some of that dominance of wrist time.

For now, I’m just going to continue to enjoy the incredible lightness.  Less than 70 grams.  I think lack of weight might be one of those underrated or under appreciated aspects of a watch.  We tend to skew the other way, liking Platinum or White Gold for their additional heft over Steel.  And I can understand that too as I too liked the feel of Platinum on the wrist (reassurance maybe).

But now I’m a convert.  And looking for a partner for my CTS  which can match it in terms of the easy wearability a light watch brings.

Some pictures from my street side office!

Love the Ti CTS! Need to try one! But most likely it will have bezel.

The sapphire sub dials add another layer of nuance reveal the inner workings of the foudroyante style Chrono

You do need to try one.

With the bezel you also get an extra 2mm ! The sapphire sub dials are to me what makes this and the anniversary Centigraphe a more appealing watch visually.

A fantastic set of pictures!

Thanks Bill. As you know it took a while to get to this one.

But definitely been a real pleaser on the wrist.

I've been to that table.

Didn't notice the CTS though.
