They're on the same wrist as a matter of practicality so that I can check the stats and time at a glance.

The other is essential though.

Why are you working out at 3:24a?

 By: bchankai : September 16th, 2020-16:54
Thatā€™s definitely one way to beat the morning gym rush.... Thanks, Brian

Haha!

Yeah my usual time. I start about 3 AM. This is the first part, the rest is outdoors and often continues till after sunrise. This way I beat the heat out here in the tropics.

Scratches don't bother me on my daily use watches

 By: batholith : September 16th, 2020-20:10
They get used for a lot more than these workouts that puts them at greater risk. And if I can't use a watch designed for daily use for my daily use then there is no point having it.

Thatā€™s a great attitude! Use it and donā€™t worry too much about it.

I guess I fall into the ā€œpreservationistā€ camp of watch wearers. I even try to avoid scratches and dents on my luggage.

Thank you sir

You are kind to say so. My luggage is dented beyond belief! I do try and keep my dress watches pristine but most often fail at that as well.

Early bird šŸ˜³

Love the Elegante a lot . I canā€™t wear a watch during my workout even if its a very comfortable one

Grin!

I do tend to get up early! I wear one on each wrist (Garmin on one and whatever else on the other) if I'm doing resistance training though.

I canā€™t get past the early start. I do early starts also, but not THAT early.

I also tend to double wrist, Garmin on one and Apple Watch (cell phone) on the other. But two on the same wrist never was comfortable for me.

Yeah, a bit OCD here

Iā€™ve tried the elegante two days ago from a friend

To my surprise I fell in love with a quartz watch , Iā€™m shocked at myself and now itā€™s haunting me

I understand completely.

It's quite characterful, I think. And comfortable and usable.

FP Journe vs Fenix

I have never thought that someone else could live the same duality!! This is exactly me on a daily basis, wearing both my Dear FPJ and my Fenix. Best regards, Yves ...
