Very nice to hear it kept consistently good time.

With the cancellation of W&W and the “postponement “ of Basel I thought this Forum needed some interesting news.

I thought this Forum needed some interesting news. And I’m here to provide it! My Chronometre Souverain ran almost 66.5 hours without rewinding. Additionally, and this is the truly interesting part: 64 of those hours ran within chronometric standards. A m...

Seems to be an issue with the app.

It’s not posting the full “title “ line.

It may have been a quote or apostrophe issue.

Can you email me or pm the original title.

That’s amazing news. And music to my ears as a future owner of an FPJ cal 1404 equipped timepiece.

Im also big on checking out real-world PR and real world chronometry. You own a wonderful timepiece, my friend. I hope that you continue to enjoy it

Thanks.

Easy to enjoy this piece!

I forgot to add the most surprising thing.

The CS had longer, and more accurate, autonomy than my Optimum.

Hmmm. I recall you had similar good results with the CB.

 By: Jay (Eire) : February 28th, 2020-13:45
No need for the Optimum then really; except it’s might pretty to look at!

The Optimum has a coolness factor that’s hard to beat.

And the deadbeat seconds on the movement side is a terrific extra. But my particular CO isn’t as good a timekeeper as the CS. Although it is by no means shabby. I’ll have to test it again given these results.

I do. [nt]

Castrol.

Something to do with F1...

Ver interesting observation

Do you know it just runs a little fast or does the rate vary over various days?

Very nice to hear it kept consistently good time.

And beautiful watch!

Thanks, Edward! [nt]

Wow that is trully amazing!

I find that my FPJ is the most accurate watch I have ever owned in my entire life, this was after 4 days! Barely off the app benchmark.... ...

There’s a lot going on in this photo. Please expand on the app and the leather object that the phone and watch are resting on.

 By: Lankysudanese : February 29th, 2020-02:52
As for the accuracy, I am no longer surprised by the over-performance of anything FPJ, let alone the chronometry of the feted CaR!!!

basically

 By: tokyo_watch_guy : February 29th, 2020-03:28
Its showing that the App clock seconds is synced with the seconds of the resonance! and this is after a few days already!

Nice. Do you let it wind down almost all the way down? What position do you leave the watch in at night?

 By: Lankysudanese : February 29th, 2020-04:35
This question applies to all FPJ manual caliber watches?

not sure

 By: tokyo_watch_guy : February 29th, 2020-05:17
it applies to others but i just let it down face up like that.

Absolutely.

And olive green seems to be the strap of choice these days! Or is that the gray?

Thats amazing

 By: ChristianDK : February 29th, 2020-11:15
Mine runs a little faster (+1 sec/day) but it does so at at a constant rate. Extremely reliable. I t looks amazing on th strap. I have a similar one but mine is from Jean Rousseau. I actually prefer the hue of yours which is with a hint of green?

Olive.

Or Castrol; I'm not sure.

Amazing, my mad druid friend

 By: ChristianDK : February 29th, 2020-11:19
However, I am not surprised because it echoes exactly my CS and my CB. I think it is the best performing watch Ive had. Too bad you fell asleep for te last two hours, because you will have to do it all over again. ...

I'll be so tired.

 By: TheMadDruid : February 29th, 2020-15:19
Maybe I can get Vlad to do it. He's up all night.

LOL 😂

All day and all nights!

Congrats. You need
