I really like the Havana dial

Looks so much better in person vs pictures. I think it is very well executed and I am generally not inclined towards brown dials. The little bit of blue is a nice complement

How do you like the FP Journe Havana Dial?

I had a chance to try this Octa with the Moon Phase. I think the blue and the brown really works well together. The bright of the blue adds some dynamic to soft brown tone. This piece is really growing on me. ...

The Havana may be my favorite CS version.

I personally prefer the time-only version due to the cleaner dial, but I must say the lune looks very good on you, too. Best, Daniel

I really like the Havana dial

and itโ€™s dial colour really offers something genuinely different.

The hands are a perfect choice..

Superb design details

It's nice on your wrist! Isn't the dial an alloy of gold and rhuthenium?

The octa automatique lune is a favorite of mine. It has a lot of character.

I believe you are correct

although I have forgotten the exact process. I was told it was discovered by accident and then developed from there. It think it is super nice with the mood disc. It becomes very crisp and bringer against the soft brown. Also a great choice with the cream...

I very much agree that it is one of the best in the current collection

Aesthetics really at a high level here. Thank you, my friend!

Agree. To me the blue somehow makes the unusual dial work.

My pleasure, Michael. And always great to see you here, dear friend.

Iโ€™m pretty sure the disk of the dial is gold that has been plated - but I have forgotten the specifics.

Please let me get back to you. I will check with FPJ. Iโ€™m quite irritated that I donโ€™t remember it myself.

I love that brown dial too .

I love the blue tone on this one.

The jury is still out for me on this one.

The specific colour mix here, the dial, date aperture and moonphase just donโ€™t work for me. Even on the CS, Iโ€™m not sure I like the Havana dial against the PT case.

Its definately unusual

For me it took some time to appreciate but I changed my mind. How do you like it against the RG case?

I think marginally better.

It could of course be the issue of a strap. With the right strap the whole watch will possibly change for me. So perhaps my hesitation is based on the combinations I have seen thus far.
