Even without sound it's quite entertaining to watch this video

Mr. de Hass is very animated. My desktop here at work doesn't have a loud speaker and all I can see are his body and facial movement. Given the context of this thread I could figure out what he say by his motions. I would have it checked with the factory though, and prepare for it to go on holiday spa.

It’s a beautiful, complicated movement. I’d agree that Journe, in some ways, downplays the intricacies of his movements-he hides certain elements. And he seems more concerned with size (height) and chronicity than in trying to stun you with visual majesty...

Thank you for this review!

This is the kind of reviews I like to read, where the owner really tests the watch on the technical side and informs us about the quarks of the movement... It is a nice watch nevertheless! Enjoy it in good health.

It’s okay that not everything is perfect. Imperfect can still be amazing!

Still looks pretty complicated to me!

While perhaps not everything is in full view, the components which are in view are easier for the eye to take in and behold. I quite like FP’s approach here.

Thanks so much for the detailed review! I tried the Centigraphe but was thinking about the Rattrapante

A little disappointed to hear about the wobbly second hands though. I remember watching a youtube video of a visit to ALS and during the assembly of one of their rattrapante calibers they talked about how difficult it is to get the center axle driving the...

Thank you for sharing this very valuable video for me. I think that pretty much explain my question in mind. The description of the Rattrapante hands issue that the ALS guy mentioned is Exactly what I try to tell people who is interested in here. I strong...
