It is such a handsome watch.
Like so many others from so many brands, and yet uniquely Journe and so recognizable. Once you "get" this brand most others pale in comparison. Took me a long, long time.

It is a great way to get started on Journe. You can pick oune up at a decent price. There are lots of different variations of the dial ect.
A beautiful FPJ
Certainly one that is easily wearable in pretty much any setting. Nice to read of these long hours and years on the wrist through many journeys. Very special.

It’s taken me many years to come around to the PR on this dial.
But I now very much like this reference. Which dial, and what metal, is another topic!!! But for me I think that is driven more by the need for 38mm.

to me, the Pr is an important design element on the dial. I Always see Jounrne dials as compostions. there is something very 2-dimensional and composed about them. Like a beautiful work of graphic or an abstract painting. You have the elements, the shapes...

the Lange is a perfect one too - enamel dial, micro rotor & aptly sized (for my wrist) - but it is our fellow collectors’ watch, not mine. CS is an absolutely incredible watch, very different in feel & personality w.r.t C’Bleu
they've the same pedigree yet feels very different on the wrist !

So happy to see it on your wrist. The Rg case gives the watch such a different appearance compared with the pt case. More warm and classic. You have a real keeper!
Personally I would consider the CS
as a very classic and highly desirable 'independent' time only piece. It has a very handsome dial and a very talented watchmaker behind it. When I spot someone wearing this piece, I know the person really consider or understand what he wants in a timepiec...
