The watch is 44mm-quite large. Yet when I had it in my hand a few weeks ago I thought it was a bit smaller. It was only later that I learned its size. I believe the watch does not look that big because the yellow dial, in combination with the very dark Ti...

I had the same experience with the Pt. Sans rubber - this could be a perfect daily watch. I believe it is due to the missing lugs so the tapering begins immediately at the edge of the case rather than at the horns.

That does add (subtract?) to the impression that the watch is smaller than 44mm.

My understanding is the lightness of the case and, particularly, the lightness of the aluminum movement allow for more activity, such as golf or running.
