would be worried about the legibility of the hands for telling the time, though, on that background dial
I believe many artistic/handcraft dials can only be fully appreciated in the metal, and this is especially true for this piece, where the contrast/illusion created by the three gold colors together is the critical aspect...
Not sure I will be a buyer, but I'll definitely be interested to see it though! Cheers.
