We are quite fond of Pol Roger. Remember: when in doubt add more champagne! ☺️
We normally have wine with either our mid-day or/and evening meal.
I prefer reds in the winter but champagne is a lighter option and with summer on the way, it's the perfect drink with or without a meal.
